Nearly 40 years of growth, innovation and craftsmanship
Fu Yang Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. traces its origins to 1986, when the company was established as Fu Jing Plastic Color Art Printing. With the support of Liangqing Plastics, who generously provided factory space and equipment, the company began its operations. Two years later in 1988, the company acquired its first multi-color automatic computer gravure printing machine, strengthening its in-house production capability.
In 1991, the company was officially incorporated as Fu Yang Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. A second multi-color automatic computer gravure printing machine was acquired, further elevating the company’s printing technology and service capacity.
Fu Yang Plastic Packaging — Early Production Facility
In 1996, the company expanded and relocated to Yingge District, New Taipei City, investing in additional precision equipment and specialized printing capabilities to meet the growing and diverse needs of its customers.
In 2003, Fu Yang officially entered the plastic flexible packaging industry, integrating four core manufacturing processes: Printing, Laminating, Slitting, and Bag-making. This end-to-end production capability — from raw film to finished packaging bags and automatic packaging roll stock — significantly enhanced product quality consistency and enabled faster delivery with greater customization flexibility for customers.
In 2021, Fu Yang launched its new Longtan Factory in Taoyuan City, consolidating the former Yingge Plant 1 and Plant 2 under one roof with newly acquired equipment to improve production efficiency and shorten delivery times. The new facility is equipped with an RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) and a heat recycling system, reflecting the company’s commitment to energy conservation, carbon reduction, green energy, and environmental responsibility.
